Hi, my name is Monika! I grew up on a small farm in the Italian mountains. Ever since I was a little girl, I loved animals more than anything else and always wanted to work with them. But life does not always turn out the way we think it will – so I went to Uni and took a totally different carrier path.

But a gap year in Canada – and photography – reminded me of my old dreams. So, here I am, trying to figure out a lot of things. And while I do that, I want to share with you pictures of local wildlife, as well as wildlife I encounter while travelling. Have fun and follow my journey.
